Frequently Asked Questions
My musical magnet isn’t playing when I press the button. What should I do?
- Ensure the main switch is turned on (if applicable), then press the play button.
- Check if the green light turns on when you press the play button. If not, the battery may be low.
- We recommend carefully opening the frame, removing the music player unit, and connecting a Type-C charger. Charge for at least 1 hour.
- If the magnet still doesn’t work, please contact us via email for assistance.
The sound quality is poor, or the volume is too loud. Can I adjust it?
We set all audio to a standard volume level we believe is optimal. However, the volume can be adjusted manually.

Can I change my photo?
Yes! During the ordering process, we will send you a final proof of your magnet for approval. You’ll have the chance to confirm that you’re happy with the design before we proceed.
Can I use any audio?
We will do our best to add any audio you’d like! This can be a song or even audio from a video you’ve captured.
Charging Instructions
You can use a 3-5V charger, such as a standard mobile phone charger, to charge your musical magnet.
